And that is exactly where our Optional Admin Services solution can comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your Virtual Private Server will be added to our own custom–developed server managing system, which will monitor all the essential processes. And in the event of any service failure, our server administrators will be notified instantaneously and they will fix the problem as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Hosting Plan is not the easiest task in the world. You will either need to use a separate server or your home PC, or, alternatively resort to some third–party software. Our company offers a considerably simpler option with our Optional Admin Services offer. We’ll create a complete backup of your server every week, so you never have to be scared of losing valuable info. And we can restore a backup very fast. All backups we make are kept on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you an almost endless set of possibilities, you will sometimes have to install additional software applications. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can come in real handy. It’s an essential part of our Optional Admin Services deal, which allows you to call for any of our competent technical support engineers to install any software application and to rectify any problem that you are experiencing with your VPS.
